Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. We’ll send an order confirmation after checkout and share tracking details when they’re available.

Shipping and delivery estimates
We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout. The shipping cost and estimated delivery window for your order will be shown at checkout and/or on the product page.

• Processing time: 2–3 business days
• Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7– 8 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier, supplier, weather, and customs delays can affect delivery. If your order ships in more than one package, tracking details may arrive separately.

Shipping delays
If we learn that we can’t ship within the time stated for your order, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and explain your available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. For US orders, FTC rules generally require shipping within the promised time—or within 30 days if no shipping time was stated—and require sellers to offer options if they can’t meet that time.
