Refund policy

Return requests
You may request a return within 10 calendar days of delivery. 

Email goodsibly@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back; the address on the parcel may not be the correct return address.

Condition of returned items
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, if applicable. This condition does not apply to reports that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns,If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll explain the available resolution and return-shipping arrangements.

Refunds
After an approved return is received and reviewed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If an order cannot be shipped as promised, we’ll contact you about the available options, including a refund where required.
